In this 35-minute full body workout you will be starting with the Pilates Suspension Method exercises utilizing the suspension apparatus and the reformer box. Then you will head over to the Reformer for the second half of the workout and use the reformer box with traditional and contemporary reformer Pilates exercises. Super fun, effective, and creative workout.
